Payments are taken up front in USD utilizing Ko-fi. I am open to payment plans through PayPal invoice if that is a necessity; please reach out to me if this is something you require.

Orders are added to the queue after full payment is received. I will not start work after partial payment.

Turnaround time is typically 3 to 7 days, though this is subject to change depending on external factors (i.e. illness, trips out of town). I will do my best to communicate these delays.

Visual forms of reference are required for standard commissions. Character reference sheets are ideal, but other forms such as game screencaps are also acceptable, so long as they fully show the character. If you are looking for character design, I am also open to that. Please reach out to me, and we can discuss; this will increase the pricing.

Do not use my work for NFTs and/or AI generation.

The maximum number of characters I am comfortable working with at the moment is three.

Throughout the process, I will be reaching out with progress updates where you will be able to request edits and changes. If you request edits after flat colors have been approved, I have the right to charge additional fees for doing so.

Backgrounds are usually simple gradients and/or shapes; there is never any fee for these. Transparent backgrounds are also available upon request. We can discuss scenic backgrounds if you'd like, but these do incur an additional fee, dependent on complexity.

Upon being sent the final file, commissions become the client's responsibility. Because of the schedule in which I clear my files, it's not guaranteed I'll retain a copy.

Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. It is absolutely okay to upload to social media (usage as an icon, etc.); I simply ask for linked credit if you do so.

I accept both SFW and NSFW commissions (NSFW is up for discussion/inquiry).

I do work on personal work in between orders. This serves as a "zen"; it doesn't mean I've forgotten about your commission.
